You can define a new template (Preferences > Java > Editor > Templates) that contains a method stub. Templates are shown together with the Content Assist (Ctrl+Space) proposals. There are also existing templates, such as 'private_method', 'public_method', 'protected_method' and more. Use the Tab key to navigate between the values to enter (return type, name and arguments).
