AC.lib-ICO is a library and a stand alone program. The library reads images in MS ICO file format (i.e., favicon.ico) from URL, file, stream, and buffer and converts them into Java Image objects for your convenience.
The stand alone program loads and displays one or more ICO files (specified as URL or file name) and displays them. If an ICO file contains more than one image, all images are displayed.
